Arrow International Media has appointed Stephanie Mavropoulos and Carrie Pennifer to its newly created head of production roles.<\/p>\n
Taking up the roles with immediate effect, Mavropoulos and Pennifer will be responsible for overseeing Arrow\u2019s content slate for major U.S. and U.K. broadcasters and platforms. Working across both Arrow Media and Arrow Pictures, each role will have its own balanced slate of factual series, feature documentaries, films and podcasts.<\/p>\n
Mavropoulos and Pennifer will report directly to Managing Director Iain Pelling.<\/p>\n
Mavropoulos, who joined Arrow when it was formed by Tom Brisley, Iain Pelling and John Smithson in 2011, has led its production teams for over a decade. She leads a project from commission to delivery, ensuring budgets are met while supporting the editorial ambitions of the company. Pennifer joined Arrow in 2012 as production manager on the Discovery series Ultimate Warfare<\/em> and went on to manage numerous series and one-offs before being made production executive in 2016.<\/p>\n Pelling said: \u201cProduction is the beating heart of Arrow and works side-by-side with our creative team.
