The new Discovery Asia-Pacific original The World\u2019s Biggest Druglord\u2014Tse Chi Lop<\/em> documents the rise and capture of the criminal mastermind and fugitive.<\/p>\n

The special, which features unprecedented access to law enforcement from the U.S., Canada, Australia and Thailand, examines how Tse Chi Lop allegedly orchestrated a $60 billion global drug business while remaining virtually unknown. The World\u2019s Biggest Druglord\u2014Tse Chi Lop<\/em>\u00a0is slated to premiere globally on November 14 on discovery+, as well as on Discovery\u2019s linear channels across the Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

Tse Chi Lop was arrested in Amsterdam in January 2021 through a collaborative effort of more than 20 countries and organizations, including Interpol and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, in a sting led by the Australian Federal Police. The World\u2019s Biggest Druglord\u2014Tse Chi Lop<\/em> unpacks Tse Chi Lop\u2019s character to reveal the druglord\u2019s business insights and entrepreneurial strategies, exploring how he capitalized on the shift in consumer demand to the tune of billions of dollars until his capture.<\/p>\n

The World\u2019s Biggest Druglord\u2014Tse Chi Lop<\/em>\u00a0will premiere globally on November 14 on discovery+. In the Asia Pacific, the documentary will also broadcast on Discovery Channel in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Japan on November 14, Discovery Channel in Australia on November 15 and on Three in New Zealand on November 16. The special is produced by IFA Media and Discovery, Inc.<\/p>\n
