The projects will span film and television.<\/p>\n<p>Lightbox and its principals\u2019 credits include <em>Tina<\/em> (HBO and international theatrical release by Universal Content Group following a world premiere at the Berlin Film Festival), <em>Whitney<\/em> (global theatrical release following a premiere at the Cannes Festival), <em>Hip Hop Uncovered<\/em> (FX), <em>Supervillain: The Making of Tekashi 6ix9ine<\/em> (Showtime) and <em>Searching for Sugar Man<\/em> (global theatrical release).<\/p>\n<p>Lightbox Founders Simon Chinn and Jonathan Chinn said: \u201cThis deal with WMG will open up the vaults to an archive of amazing musical talent and rich history of songwriters and performers. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring some of Warner Music\u2019s extraordinary artists and their stories to audiences around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kate Shepherd, managing director of Warner Music Entertainment UK, added: \u201cThis is a really exciting partnership for us at Warner Music.
