She will report to Managing Director Donna Clark.<\/p>\n<p>As The Garden\u2019s head of specialist factual, Billing created and delivered the BAFTA-nominated series <em>Operation Live<\/em> for Channel 5. She also led on new prime-time returnable business across premium factual and popular specialist factual. Prior to this, Ninder served as commissioning editor for factual and news at Channel 5.<\/p>\n<p>The news of Billing\u2019s hiring coincides with the announcement that <em>Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr<\/em> is to move to BBC One and is recommissioned for a further two seasons. The show will be made from a newly established permanent regional office for DSP in Brighton.<\/p>\n<p>Donna Clark said: \u201cNinder has an incredible reputation across the full spectrum on unscripted. From popular-factual titles to documentaries and current affairs, Ninder is brilliant and utterly determined in whatever she turns her hand to. She is the perfect fit for DSP\u2019s high-quality, broad-reaching, ambitious factual output, and I can\u2019t wait to work with her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ninder Billing added: \u201cDSP is one of the original premium factual producers and I&#8217;ve long admired the quality and breadth of its output. Joining as its creative director is hugely exciting, and I fully share Donna\u2019s ambition for the company.
