Laux is behind some of Germany\u2019s biggest reality hits, having served as the producer of the first <em>Big Brother<\/em> season in Germany and working on <em>Celebrity Big Brother<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Fabian Tobias, managing director of Endemol Shine Germany, said: &#8220;Rainer lives and breathes reality and I am so pleased about the collaboration. With him, we are a magnet for reality stars and a reliable partner to provide broadcasters and streamers with reality hits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rainer Laux, managing director of Rainer Laux Productions, added: &#8220;The new company is called Rainer Laux Productions&#8230; Much more than Reality TV.
