Rive Gauche Television has secured the international distribution rights for the series\u00a0The Killer Truth<\/i>, produced by Catalina Content as an HLN original series.<\/p>\n
Each episode of The Killer Truth<\/i> tells the story of a single murder through the five people most intimately connected to the case.\u00a0These five distinct points of view may include the victim\u2019s family, the lead detective, a reporter who covered the case, the suspect linked to the crime, the defense attorney and even the killer.<\/p>\n
Rive Gauche has also commissioned Disaster D\u00e9j\u00e0 Vu<\/em>\u00a0from Canadian producer Farpoint Films. The series showcases cities that have been hit by the craziest disasters, not once but twice. Using cutting-edge GFX, original film footage and archival photos, Disaster D\u00e9j\u00e0 Vu<\/em> allows viewers to step inside each of these disasters as they struck in both historical and modern times.<\/p>\n Additionally,\u00a0Rive Gauche hired Justina Hemperek in August as its new senior VP of acquisitions and sales. Hemperek will oversee acquisitions and co-productions working closely with producers from all over the globe. In addition, she will be handling sales to Eastern Europe and Asia, reporting to Marine Ksadzhikyan, COO ane executive VP of sales.
