The first shows to come from the first-look agreement are Channel 4 titles <em>The Pet Talent Agency: Barking Mad<\/em> and <em>Swingers<\/em>. Banijay previously distributed Nineteen11\u2019s <em>The Posh Frock Shop<\/em>, which sold to more than 50 territories.<\/p>\n<p>Brian Hayes, Nineteen11 CEO and in-house executive producer, has worked in the TV industry for more than 25 years, directing series such as the BAFTA Award-winning <em>First Dates<\/em> and the Grierson-shortlisted <em>GPs: Behind Closed Doors<\/em>. In addition, Hayes has had a key role on such docs as 2<em>4 Hours in Police Custody<\/em> and <em>24 Hours in A&amp;E<\/em>. Hayes also won an RTS Award for his work on<em> The Family<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Emily Elisha, head of factual at Banijay Rights, said: \u201cWe are really excited to have partnered with Nineteen11. Brian has a keen eye for characters and settings that tell great stories and these latest films are further brilliant examples of that.
