{"id":14911,"date":"2020-08-05T10:53:03","date_gmt":"2020-08-05T14:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/wheelhouse-group-hype-house-align-docuseries\/"},"modified":"2020-08-05T11:03:47","modified_gmt":"2020-08-05T15:03:47","slug":"the-wheelhouse-group-hype-house-align-for-docuseries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/the-wheelhouse-group-hype-house-align-for-docuseries\/","title":{"rendered":"The Wheelhouse Group &amp; Hype House Align for Docuseries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Wheelhouse Group has partnered with the TikTok content-creator collective Hype House to develop and produce the new docuseries <em>The Hype Life<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The project will take viewers inside the group\u2019s communal mansion in Los Angeles and offer an exclusive, fly-on-the-wall look into the lives of influential young social media stars as they live together and collaborate daily on new content. <em>The Hype Life<\/em> is part of a larger overall content and brand-focused alliance between Wheelhouse and Hype House.<\/p>\n<p>The series will feature Hype House members and mega-influencers Kouvr Annon, Nick Austin Nikita Dragun, Avani Gregg, Mia Hayward, Angel Herrera, Ondreaz Lopez, Tony Lopez, Madi Monroe, Ryland Storms, Alex Warren, Jack Wright, James Wright and Nate Wyatt as well as Hype House Founders Thomas Petrou and Chase Hudson.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Hype Life<\/em> will offer brands entry into the world of TikTok, as the young tastemakers connect with their followings across social platforms while continuing to deliver content. Wheelhouse\u2019s marketing and creative arm, Wheelhouse Labs, will also support these young entrepreneurs through full access to Wheelhouse\u2019s brand and marketing infrastructure and capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Wheelhouse Group Chief Creative Officer and President of Wheelhouse Entertainment Eric Wattenberg said: Hype House is a creative rocket ship, piloted by extremely hard-working, business-savvy young adults who have already built incredible audiences that both platforms and brands can tap into. Unlike other social media, Tik Tok leans into singing, dancing and acting, and we think it makes for a natural fit, and an easier lift for these young stars to ally with a company focused on talent across the board. We believe the sky\u2019s the limit for our two Houses.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hype House added in a statement: \u201cThis is the first time we\u2019re opening our doors for an all-access look, diving deep into the inner workings of the house and into each of our lives and careers. This partnership with Wheelhouse is our chance to take fans far beyond what they see on social media, while expanding to new audiences and on new platforms.
