Steele draws on his love of history and talent for blacksmithing to examine some of the past\u2019s most deadly weapons. The second season of <em>Forged with Steele<\/em> is set to be broadcast on Sky HISTORY in early 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The new 12-part series is set at Steele\u2019s new base in Montana in the U.S., moving his workshop from Norwich in the U.K. In Montana, joined by his bladesmith friend Will Stelter, he crafts a new set of weapons from a number of historical eras, including the 16th-century Zweihander, an ornate Cavalry saber inspired by those used in the American Civil War, a scythe and 18th-century naval boarding axes.<\/p>\n<p>Steele said: \u201cI\u2019m so excited for the launch of series two of <em>Forged with Steele<\/em>, where viewers can follow me as I create even more of history&#8217;s most astonishing weapons. Since series one, I\u2019ve advanced my blacksmithing skills and begun learning the art of gem-setting, inlaying and engraving so I can recreate these incredible pieces of history with even more detail.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dan Korn, VP of programming at A+E Networks UK, commented: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to welcome Alec back to Sky HISTORY, together with a new talent in Will Stelter. Their expertise and crafting skills are mesmerizing and their enthusiasm is infectious.
