During her tenure at MTV, Williams was instrumental in the development and reinvigoration of a number of unscripted prime-time series and spin-offs, including <em>Are You the One?<\/em>, <em>Ex on the Beach<\/em>, <em>Catfish<\/em>, <em>The Challenge<\/em>, <em>The Challenge: Champs vs Stars<\/em>, <em>Teen Mom OG<\/em>, <em>Teen Mom 2<\/em> and <em>Teen Mom Young and Pregnant<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTiffany has worked within the ViacomCBS family for more than a decade, bringing a wealth of relevant and valuable experience home to BET,\u201d said to BET President Scott Mills, to whom Williams will report. \u201cShe\u2019ll have a tremendous impact on BET\u2019s programming portfolio.
