TCB Media Rights, which was recently acquired by Beyond Entertainment, has sold 431 hours to broadcasters across the globe.<\/p>\n
How Did They Build That?<\/em>, a Curve Media-produced TCB original, was picked up by Smithsonian Channel for North America and the U.K., and RTL for the Netherlands. It was previously licensed by BBC International Channels for Scandinavia, CEEMEA and Asia, and by Welt for Germany.\u00a0Massive Engineering Mistakes<\/em>, produced by BriteSpark Films in association with TCB, has now added National Geographic Channel to its global roster of broadcasters and is landing in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n TCB Media Rights has also inked a 60-hour package deal with FTV Prima that will see several TCB titles\u2014including Woodcut Media\u2019s World\u2019s Greatest Palaces<\/em>, Like A Shot Entertainment\u2019s Shipwreck Secrets<\/em> and BriteSpark\u2019s World\u2019s Most Scenic Railways<\/em>\u2014air on the Czech Republic commercial broadcaster. Another 50 hours of TCB content is headed for South Africa through deals with Ignition TV and The Home Channel for shows including AGB Films\u2019 Driving Mum & Dad Crazy<\/em>, Barcroft Studios\u2019 Ultimate Rides<\/em>, Friel Kean Films\u2019 Money For Nothing<\/em> and CJZ\u2019s The Great Australian Cookbook<\/em>.<\/p>\n Japan\u2019s Nippon TV acquired the seventh season of AMS Pictures\u2019 Murder Made Me Famous<\/em> and France\u2019s RMC Story<\/em> has picked up the last three series of CJZ\u2019s Border Patrol<\/em>, now in its 11th season.<\/p>\n Simona Argenti, head of sales at TCB Media Rights, said: \u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to see so many hours of great television traveling around the world in spite of the many challenges that our industry is facing.
