Presales were secured with ZDF for Germany as well as M-Net for Africa. The multi-part series explores the devastating virus from its inception and continues as the story advances around the world.<\/p>\n<p>The series is executive produced by Kevin Fox, Ellen Douglas, Liz Levenson and Benn Watson. The series is dedicated to Levenson\u2019s father, Maury Levenson, who died on April 11 from COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Fox, CEO of RMI, said: \u201cCOVID-19 changes everything. We have captured so much of the human, social and economic costs of this outbreak around the globe. This documentary features gripping moments along with some of the world\u2019s most respected experts for insight and perspective. We are pleased to partner with Cactus Tree Entertainment, whose strong production and distribution experience have been invaluable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Levenson stated: \u201cCactus Tree Entertainment is working hard with our dedicated partner, RMI, to produce and distribute the compelling documentary, <em>Covid-19: The Ripple Effect<\/em> in a timely manner. Our clients have been looking for exactly this kind of hard-hitting, factual programming about the dangerous COVID-19 virus as it spreads around the world. We are confident that our first broadcast partners\u2014ZDF and M-Net\u2014and future broadcasters, will find that their audiences appreciate the vital information we cover during these challenging times.
