The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has given its approval for Beyond International to acquire TCB Media Rights from FTI Consulting, receiver and manager of Kew Media Group.<\/p>\n

Beyond’s managing director, Mikael Borglund, said: \u201cThis acquisition further strengthens Beyond\u2019s business both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n

\u201cTCB Media Rights\u2019 extensive catalog of non-scripted factual programming is extremely complementary to ours, with many of the same customers worldwide and ongoing relationships with producers in the U.K., U.S.A., Canada and Australia.<\/p>\n
