Chi Kephart has been elevated to head of business affairs and general counsel at Tinopolis USA, a remit that includes the production companies A. Smith & Co. and Magical Elves.<\/p>\n

Formerly, Kephart served as Tinopolis USA\u2019s executive VP of business and legal affairs and general counsel. She joined Magical Elves in 2008 and began working with A. Smith & Co. Productions and A. Smith & Co. Dox after the Tinopolis acquisition of Magical Elves in 2014. Prior to that, Kephart served as a business and legal affairs executive at various entertainment companies, including ABC Entertainment, FremantleMedia, The Walt Disney Company and Paramount Studios.<\/p>\n
