Most recently, Senior was head of alternative development and original programming at Paramount Network, overseeing franchises including <em>Ink Master<\/em> (produced by Truly Original) and<em> Bar Rescue<\/em>. Prior to Paramount, Senior was CEO of the entertainment format company Ardaban (whose content was produced in conjunction with then-Shine America, now Endemol Shine North America).<\/p>\n<p>Truly Original Co-Presidents and Co-CEOs Glenda Hersh and Steven Weinstock said: \u201cChachi is a uniquely talented executive\u2014his creative chops and programming instincts derive from years as an award-winning producer and a successful tenure as a network buyer and executive.
