Russell will report directly to David Brady, chief executive officer and co-owner, and Kate Harrison Karman, president and co-owner.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Russell co-founded Fadoo Productions. Among the company\u2019s many critically acclaimed documentaries are the Kiefer Sutherland-narrated <em>Names on the Cup<\/em>, about the history of the Stanley Cup, as well as the Paul Rudd-narrated <em>Rush: Time Stand Still<\/em>, about the legendary rock band Rush and the band\u2019s final tour. Russell also produced a companion concert film, <em>R40 Live<\/em>, that debuted at number one on the Billboard DVD chart.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, he produced <em>Killing Patient Zero<\/em>. Directed by Laurie Lynd (<em>Breakfast with Scot<\/em>), the film tells the true story of the AIDS crisis in America. Russell\u2019s latest documentary about 1980s rock icons The Go-Go\u2019s is directed by Alison Ellwood (<em>History of the Eagles<\/em>) and will make its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival later this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCorey is a longtime friend and widely respected producer in the documentary space,\u201d said Brady. \u201cHis expertise in premium storytelling, his ability to find unprecedented access and strategically connect leading talent is a perfect synergy for Cream as we prioritize music, sports and documentary specials.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Russell added: \u201cI&#8217;ve been a fan of Cream Productions for a number of years. Their work and reputation in the industry is first class.
