NHK is collaborating with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to produce the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics’ official documentary.<\/p>\n
NHK will broadcast the documentary first, and then it will be released as the official Paralympics film both in Japan and abroad.<\/p>\n
NHK commented: \u201cNHK has since 1964 engaged in Paralympic broadcasts. The co-production film will capture the infinite human potential through athletes\u2019 efforts to challenge the competition and will aim to promote the understandings, interests, and supports for the Paralympics to build a diverse and inclusive society.\u201d<\/p>\n
Andrew Parsons, president of IPC, added: \u201cWe are really looking forward to working with NHK and the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee to produce the official film of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
