A team of experts leads the restaurant transformations, which span ten countries across the 13 episodes, tapping into the soul of the restaurant\u2019s surroundings and its community, incorporating local tastes, flavors and textures. <em>Restaurants on the Edge<\/em> is slated to premiere on Blue Ant Media\u2019s Cottage Life channel in Canada on January 2.<\/p>\n<p>marblemedia co-CEO and executive producer Matt Hornburg said: \u201c<em>Restaurants on the Edge<\/em> is a unique format that combines food, design, travel and culture.
