With its rich cultural history and 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, more and more Brits are deciding to move there in the hope of finding a simpler, more peaceful way to live.<\/p>\n<p><em>My New Greek Life<\/em> will see families who have recently made the jump and moved to Greece and follow those who are in the throes of doing so, watching as they try to navigate their way in a new country. Faced with challenges such as learning a new language, finding a home, job, setting up a business, making friends and finding romance, the show\u2019s protagonists will find out if reality matchs up to the idyllic, sun-drenched lifestyle they have been dreaming of.<\/p>\n<p>Jo Scarratt-Jones, deputy head of RDF West and head of popular factual, said: \u201cThis series will be an aspirational look at people who have taken the plunge and are trying to realize their dreams of living in Greece.
