PBS International has sold <\/span>The Serengeti Rules<\/span><\/i> to the BBC in the U.K., ARTE in France, ZDF in Germany, MTVA in Hungary and Delta for inflight.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Serengeti Rules<\/span><\/i>, which was produced for NATURE and aired on PBS in the U.S., tells the story of a band of young scientists who headed out into the wilderness in the 1960s, driven by a curiosity about how nature works. The documentary travels from the majestic Serengeti to the Amazon jungle and the Arctic Ocean to Pacific tide pools, as the scientists discover a single set of rules that govern all life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Betsy LeBlanc, director of sales at PBS International, said: \u201cThis beautiful, cinematic film seamlessly crosses natural-history and science slots as it focusses on the field work of a group of scientists in beautiful locations whose studies uncovered the single set of rules that governs all life.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
