Industrial Media has appointed four-time Emmy nominee Devon Hammonds to the position of senior VP of development and current programming for the East Coast, leading the company\u2019s New York and Atlanta production hubs.<\/p>\n
As Industrial Media\u2019s most senior East Coast executive, Hammonds will provide day-to-day support for all production companies based at Industrial Media’s New York and Atlanta production hubs, including Matthew Galkin\u2019s Fairhaven Films and Christina Douglas\u2019 Momentum Content. Hammonds will report to Eli Holzman, Industrial Media\u2019s CEO, and Aaron Saidman, the company\u2019s president.<\/p>\n
Hammonds previously worked with both Holzman and Saidman on A&E’s Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath<\/em>, which is produced by Industrial Media\u2019s The Intellectual Property Corporation.<\/p>\n At A&E, where she executive produced over 30 series during her tenure with the company, Hammonds most recently held the title of VP of development and programming and was responsible for developing new non-fiction series, as well as overseeing a team of programmers and several current non-fiction series for the network. She joined the network in 2012 as its director of non-fiction and alternative programming and went on to serve as executive producer on A&E\u2019s original series Shipping Wars<\/em>, Wahlburgers<\/em> and Nightwatch<\/em> before being elevated to VP in 2015. As VP, Hammonds partnered with IPC to launch the Emmy-winning Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath<\/em>, in addition to Kids Behind Bars: Life or Parole<\/em> in 2019.<\/p>\n In a joint statement, Holzman and Saidman said, \u201cDevon has been our trusted colleague in this industry for years and we are thrilled that she will be joining the team leading our East Coast outposts.
