The tentatively titled One Thousand Years of Slavery<\/em> is a docuseries from David Olusoga and Mike Smith\u2019s production company Uplands TV that shows how the inhumane practice of slavery helped shape the modern world, transforming Western economies and global demographics. From ITV Entertainment, Miscarriage\u00a0<\/em>sees celebrities and public figures with personal experience of child loss talking to one another about their miscarriages and stillbirths.<\/p>\n My Greek Odyssey<\/em> (w\/t), a new series from Sandstone Pictures, features historian and classicist Bettany Hughes exploring the ancient world of Greece. She\u2019ll both uncover the myths and stories of heroes and their world from Odysseus to Helen of Troy and meet people who now live in the beautiful and historic place.
