She joined Magical Elves at its founding in 2001, rising within the organization to executive VP of current programming before COO. Throughout the company\u2019s history, Kriley has been credited as a creative executive producer on a raft of Magical Elves projects, including <em>Nailed It!<\/em>, <em>Top Chef<\/em>, <em>Project Runway<\/em>, <em>Project Greenlight<\/em>, <em>Top Chef Junior<\/em>, <em>All In With Cam Newton<\/em>, <em>The Real L Word<\/em>, <em>Cleveland Hustles<\/em> and <em>Time of Death<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Sharon previously served as the company\u2019s chief creative officer, overseeing an expansive slate of projects in development across broadcast, cable and major streaming services. Since joining Magical Elves in 2010 as VP of development, Sharon has contributed to the company\u2019s growth through the development of projects such as <em>Nailed It!<\/em>, <em>Sugar Rush<\/em> and <em>Chasing Cameron<\/em> for Netflix; <em>Top Chef Junior<\/em> for Universal Kids; <em>Cold Justice<\/em> and <em>In Defense Of<\/em> for Oxygen; <em>Cleveland Hustles<\/em> for CNBC; <em>All In With Cam Newton<\/em> for Nickelodeon; <em>Time of Death<\/em> for Showtime; <em>Fashion Star<\/em> for NBC; and <em>Gallery Girls<\/em> for Bravo. Prior to joining Magical Elves, Sharon held development positions at Nash Entertainment, Renegade 83 and IMG Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Arthur Smith, chairman of Tinopolis USA and A. Smith &amp; Co.
