Each week amateur foodies will create dishes and compete in heats against their fellow cooks, with the winning kitchen going on to launch their food business idea in one of Europe\u2019s busiest food markets. Dominic Cools-Lartigue is presenting the series.<\/p>\n<p>Jon Lloyd, creative director of Frieda.TV, said: \u201cIt\u2019s been a joy to turn a traditional cookery competition on its head and create something that feels really different. Dom\u2019s expertise and the genuine opportunity for winners to change their lives every single week, has led to incredibly high-quality food and a range of competitors that you wouldn\u2019t normally see on TV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>David Sayer, Channel 4 head of daytime, added: \u201cThere are a wealth of talented amateurs who just need a leg-up on to turn their passions into a profession and this show will give them that opportunity.
