From New England to California, Kerridge will cook up recipes inspired by his travels and discover the heart of American food.<\/p>\n<p>The series has been made with funding support from American Tourist Boards and Hat Trick International, which is distributing the series.<\/p>\n<p>Clare Laycock, VP and head of lifestyle and entertainment brands at\u00a0Discovery UK, said: \u201cWe are absolutely thrilled to be working with Tom on this American culinary adventure; sharing some of the most iconic foods from across the pond with our Food Network viewers. Tom is one of Britain\u2019s best loved chefs and brings his own inimitable style to a cuisine we think we know well. Expect some surprising recipes and some great characters in what promises to be an authentic and entertaining series.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dan Chambers, co-founder and creative director of Blink Films, said: \u201cTom has the most delightful way of getting all the people he meets in America to open up to him and to reveal the secrets of their cooking.
