His responsibilities will include the oversight of all commercial aspects of the business and continuing the enhancement of the collaboration between production and distribution across the Tinopolis Factual Group.\u00a0As managing director of Passion Distribution, Rees has been responsible for overseeing all financial and operational activities and developing investment opportunities and program funding models.<\/p>\n<p>Arwel Rees, CEO of The Tinopolis Group, said: \u201cNick has been an integral member of the team at Passion, instrumental in growing profit, developing new income streams and investment initiatives.
