He joins the company from Authentic, where he worked for six years, serving as head of casting before being named VP of development. While at the company, O\u2019Malley developed and cast series, including TLC\u2019s <em>Trading Spaces<\/em> and <em>Toddlers and Tiaras<\/em>, Esquire\u2019s <em>White Collar Brawlers<\/em> and <em>Knife Fight<\/em>, GSN\u2019s <em>It Takes a Church<\/em>, FYI\u2019s <em>Waterfront House Hunting\u00a0<\/em>and CNBC\u2019s upcoming <em>Listing Impossible<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>He also worked in production on series such as <em>RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race<\/em>, <em>American Gladiators<\/em>, MTV\u2019s <em>Parental Control<\/em> and Bravo\u2019s <em>Tabitha Takes Over<\/em>, as well as more than 70 episodes of GSN\u2019s hit show <em>Baggage<\/em>. He began his entertainment career working on NBC\u2019s <em>Deal or No Deal<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Kordestani said, \u201cPaul\u2019s enthusiasm and passion for unscripted, along with his sharp eye for talent, are what made him stand out among his peers.
