John Walsh is going to track down some of America’s most wanted criminals in a new series launching on Investigation Discovery in the new year.<\/p>\n
In Pursuit with John Walsh<\/em>, produced by Zero Point Zero, will follow the host in real time as he goes after fugitives on the run and searches for missing children. John Walsh will be joined by his son, Callahan Walsh, in his weekly missions to crack the unsolved crimes. The show, which will air for 12 consecutive weeks, is slated to premiere on Investigation Discovery on Wednesday, January 16, at 10 p.m.<\/p>\n Investigation Discovery has partnered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) on In Pursuit with John Walsh<\/em>. Each episode of the series will feature age-progression photos and descriptions of two missing children they hope viewers can help them find.<\/p>\n Henry Schleiff, the group president of Investigation Discovery and Travel Channel, said: \u201cNo one better personifies the idea that one person can make a difference in this world than John Walsh\u2014he took unimaginable heartbreak and turned it into his life\u2019s mission to bring criminals to justice and find missing children.
