ZDF Enterprises (ZDFE) has sold the 4K production The Spying Game: Tales from the Cold War<\/em> to a host of broadcasters, among them Foxtel in Australia.<\/p>\n

The three-part series was produced by ZDF Digital Medienproduktion in cooperation with ZDF Enterprises for ZDFinfo. It investigates how during the Cold War, the superpowers mobilized thousands of spies to uncover the secrets of the enemy. The doc reveals the intentions and motives of the societal opponents and questions to what extent spies, weapons scouts or traitors kept the Cold War cold.<\/p>\n

In addition to Foxtel, the 3×50-minute documentary is headed to SVT in Sweden, Czech TV, AETN UK for sub-Saharan Africa and South Africa, as well as Discovery for Poland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
