Investigator Holes spent two and a half decades looking for one of the most elusive serial killers in U.S. history.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPaul embodies what Oxygen is all about,\u201d said Rod Aissa, the executive VP of original programming and development at Oxygen. \u201cHis story is of the highest stakes, a career journey with brilliant investigation work that resulted in justice for dozens of victims and their families.
