Netflix has renewed the competition show Fastest Car<\/em> and added two new original motor series to its slate.<\/p>\n

Fastest Car<\/em> is Netflix\u2019s first global original motor series. The second season of the sleeper vs. supercar competition show is produced by Cond\u00e9 Nast Entertainment. It will have a seven-episode run, debuting in 2019.<\/p>\n

Among the new commissions is the eight-episode Car Masters: Rust to Riches<\/em>, launching September 14. It follows Mark Towle and his team at Gotham Garage, who have perfected the upgrade and trade model, using sweat equity and car genius to turn rusty wrecks into six-figure paydays. The show is produced by MAK Pictures.<\/p>\n

Another addition to Netflix’s lineup is Hyperdrive<\/em>, a high-stakes tournament series in which daring drivers from across the globe compete on one of the largest automotive obstacle courses ever constructed. The ten-episode series set to premiere in 2019 and is produced by Whalerock Industries and Denver & Delilah Productions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
