She joins the team from DCD Rights, where she handled a broad spectrum of programming.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Endemol alum Holly Newey is stepping into a senior sales manager position to provide maternity coverage for Mem Bakar, whose remit includes the U.K. and the Nordics. Newey previously helped revamp the U.K. distribution department of Channel 4\u2019s commercial enterprise. Also set to join the TCB team next month is Nicola Davey. Davey will provide maternity coverage for Claire Runham, who handles acquisitions and co-productions. Davey most recently served as a commercial and creative executive at Zig Zag.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Heaney, the CEO of TCB Media Rights, said, \u201cDCD gave Lenneke great experience and training. A very real measure of our growing status is our ability to attract the brightest and best talent on the distribution scene. With her experience in both the commercial and editorial sides of our business, Lenneke is a perfect fit for TCB as we become increasingly involved in the creative DNA of the content we sell. Holly and Nicola, meanwhile, are rising stars in their own right. As maternity cover for two of our core team members\u2014Mem and Claire\u2014we couldn\u2019t wish for safer hands.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTCB is one of the U.K.\u2019s most interesting and successful distributors with an impressive track record,\u201d said de Jong. \u201cIt is definitely an exciting time to join the expanding team.
