He takes\u00a0on the post of senior VP of alternative programming and development. His focus will be on streaming and digital partners.<\/p>\n<p>Joni Day was elevated to the post of senior VP of alternative programming and development. Day has been with FremantleMedia for the past five years, overseeing development and production of reality competitions, game shows\u00a0and other unscripted programming. In her new role, Day will focus on identifying global formats for broadcast.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Jean Shi was named VP of alternative programming and development.
