Half Yard Productions has tapped veteran producer Anne S. Rothwell to lead its newly launched crime and investigation unit.<\/p>\n

In her new role, Rothwell will be tasked with developing and producing new series that will appeal to a global audience. The first project Half Yard\u2019s crime and investigation unit will launch is\u00a0World\u2019s Most Haunted<\/em>, which Half Yard will develop in partnership with Red Arrow Studios International.<\/p>\n

Rothwell joins from Sirens Media and has experience as an executive producer and showrunner in the crime and investigation space. She has helped create shows such as A Haunting<\/em>, Nightmare Next Door<\/em>, Deadly Affairs<\/em>, Wicked Attraction<\/em>, FBI: Criminal Pursuit<\/em>, For My Man<\/em>, For My Woman<\/em> and Panic 911<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cCrime is on the rise\u2026on television,\u201d said Abby Greensfelder, co-CEO and executive producer at Half Yard. \u201cHalf Yard saw an opportunity to branch into this exploding genre and we were able to bring in a best-in-the-business creator and storyteller to help take us there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we heard that Anne was known as Sirens\u2019 \u2018crime goddess\u2019 we knew she would be the ideal person to spearhead our newly formed production unit in the crime and investigation space,\u201d said Sean Gallagher, Half Yard\u2019s co-CEO.<\/p>\n
