A. Smith & Co. Productions has elevated Rupert Dobson to senior VP of development, while also hiring Duncan McIntosh as VP of development.<\/p>\n
The pair will collaborate on crafting new series for A. Smith & Co. programming across the Entertainment, Dox and Sports divisions.<\/p>\n
Prior to this promotion, Dobson was VP of development at the company, a post he first took up in 2015.\u00a0He most recently contributed to the team that developed NBC’s The Titan Games<\/em>, featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.<\/p>\n McIntosh previously worked at Endemol Shine North America as a producer for non-scripted formats in both the U.S. and around the world.<\/p>\n \u201cRupert has been a key player across all facets of our development cycle for many years now, and Duncan brings a depth of experience that will further bolster our production slate,\u201d said Toby Gorman, the president of A.
