He will work closely with Derren Lawford, the company\u2019s creative director.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Woodcut, Gordon spent three years at Avalon Factual Television as head of features and daytime. Before that, he spent an additional six years working as an executive producer across Avalon\u2019s production companies Flame Television and Liberty Bell on a range of series such as\u00a0<em>Heir Hunters<\/em>\u00a0(BBC One, BBC Two),\u00a0<em>The Nightmare Neighbour Next Door\u00a0<\/em>(Channel 5) and\u00a0<em>A Town &amp; Country Murder\u00a0<\/em>(CI).
