The company has production bases in Scotland and Northern Ireland and produces around 60 hours of TV annually for U.K. broadcasters, including the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky 1, as well as international broadcasters such as Discovery, PBS and National Geographic channels.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Bertram, chairman of Zinc, said: \u201cWe are delighted to announce this key acquisition for Zinc Media and are delighted to welcome the highly regarded Tern Television team into the company.
