Casting for the upcoming sixth season is open, and while the forthcoming iteration seeks to highlight everyday heroes, all Canadians are invited to submit audition videos and challenge themselves to find the hero within. New this season, fans and viewers can tell <em>The Amazing Race Canada<\/em> about the everyday heroes who they would like to see conquer\u00a0the Race, in addition to submitting their own applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPivoting to a heroic theme represents an exciting new direction for <em>The Amazing Race Canada<\/em>,&#8221; said Mike Cosentino, the president of content and programming at Bell Media. &#8220;We are really looking forward to finding and showcasing the everyday heroes among us.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>The Amazing Race Canada<\/em> has always been a show about heroes who push themselves out of their comfort zone and lets them face their fears head-on,&#8221;
