Based in New York, he will report to Karen Leever, the executive VP\/general manager of digital media at Discovery Communications.<\/p>\n<p>While working at Twitter, Graver was responsible for building out the company&#8217;s global television team, as well as coordinating with the brand strategy and revenue divisions. Before joining the social media website, he served as executive VP of programming at Travel Channel and senior VP at MTV Networks. He is the recipient of multiple Emmys, as well as an NAACP Award and a Webby.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am thrilled to have Fred join the Discovery Digital team,&#8221; said Leever. &#8220;He brings with him a wealth of experience and a passion for the Discovery brands.
