Both report to\u00a0Barry Poznick, MGM\u2019s president of unscripted television.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDoug and Alex have been creating and producing hit series for decades,&#8221; said Mark Burnett, president of the television group and digital at MGM. &#8220;These guys have talent and drive and will help our MGM Television \u2018hit machine\u2019 to continue to grow and grow.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe shows that Evolution produces are a perfect complement to our slate,&#8221; Poznick added. &#8220;Their slick style, high quality and one-of-a-kind casts connect with audiences and generate epic social media engagement. I\u2019m proud to welcome them to the team and together we will continue to produce content that makes headlines.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ross said: \u201cAfter 30 years of being fiercely independent, we couldn\u2019t be more proud and excited to join forces with the dynamic, creative and supportive leadership team at MGM.
