The four-part show is scheduled to\u00a0begin airing on Thursday, July 13, and will be available worldwide exclusively on Olympic Channel&#8217;s digital platform and mobile apps. It was produced by VICE Media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The friendly rivalry] is all based on the desire to pursue excellence,\u201d said Carver. \u201cOn a national level, Gail and I were fierce competitors. I wanted nothing more than to beat her.
