Bolicki has been with the company since its inception. During his tenure as VP of development at Lucky 8, Bolicki oversaw and helped build the company\u2019s slate of unscripted and nonfiction projects, which now encompasses 20-plus series for more than a dozen major networks, including A&amp;E\u2019s award-winning\u00a0<em>60 Days In<\/em>, the new ID series\u00a0<em>The Real Story with Mar\u00eda Elena Salinas<\/em>\u00a0and OWN\u2019s upcoming\u00a0<em>Released<\/em>. Before joining Lucky 8, Bolicki developed and executive produced many series and specials, including TLC\u2019s\u00a0<em>My Strange Addiction<\/em>\u00a0and DIY\u2019s\u00a0<em>Made in Milwaukee<\/em>. His other credits include Nat Geo\u2019s\u00a0<em>The Final Report<\/em>\u00a0and A&amp;E\u2019s<em>\u00a0Biography<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Lucky 8 has tapped Jessica Winchell Morsa as VP of content development. She will report to Bruce Robertson, the executive VP of creative strategy, who will also oversee Bolicki\u2019s overall deal. Winchell Morsa joins the company from MSNBC Originals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJason\u2019s talents as both a producer and developer are the reason we brought him on to lead development at Lucky 8 when we launched the company,\u201d said Lucky 8 Co-Presidents Greg Henry and Kim Woodard. \u201cHe\u2019s been instrumental in creating a robust and diverse programming slate that we\u2019re all extremely proud of, and we support him 100 percent in launching his new shingle Exit Four, which allows us to continue to be in business with him and work closely as he returns to his roots as a producer.
