It will let fans play with telenovela-related content and win prizes every week. There will also be a curated news feed showcasing video and photo content for users to consume and share on their social networks.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe service rolls out today with a multiplatform experience centered on the new telenovela <em>Anything but Plain<\/em> (<em>Antes Muerta Que Lichita<\/em>). That launch includes character blogs, a special &ldquo;webnovela&rdquo; called <em>Coraz&oacute;n Enamorado<\/em>, tutorials and fan content such as personalized holiday e-cards and personality quizzes.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Univision Network&rsquo;s telenovelas are virtually DVR-proof, with 91 percent of our viewers watching our programming live; creating a telenovela fan community enabled by the UniNovelas app was a natural extension,&rdquo; stated Mark Lopez, the executive VP and general manager of Univision Digital. &ldquo;We want to continue to reward our highly engaged audience for tuning in and interacting with the content they love.&rdquo;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MIAMI: Univision Digital has launched the new UniNovelas App, which seeks to immerse viewers in more interactive experiences.
