TAC Studios has revealed four new series being co-produced across Africa, including the drama The Yard<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A co-production with Currency MEDIA in Kenya, The Yard<\/em> tells the story of Dash, a struggling hip-hop artist trying to make it big in Nairobi\u2019s rap scene. Dash gets caught between his dual lives as a musician and a drug dealer and his loyalties are tested when the authorities come after him and his father.<\/p>\n

Second Husband<\/em> is a scripted series based on the popular Nigerian film of the same name. A co-production with Biola Alabi Media in Nigeria, the series explores the complexities of monogamy as a scorned wife tests the boundaries of marriage and polygamy.<\/p>\n

TAC Studios is working with Filmedia Productions in Cairo on May’s Kitchen<\/em>, featuring celebrity chef May Yacoubi, who puts her take on North African and Arab Gulf cuisine. My Design Rules<\/em>, co-produced with Cape Town’s Cardova Productions, is a reality series featuring three interior design duos, made up of the top emerging creative talent from the Southern tip of Africa. They will compete to transform three empty white-box spaces into designer dream homes, one room at a time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
