Bin Talal must not only waive his rights to those channels, he is also responsible for all fees and expenses of the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe dispute goes back to 2008, when Bin Talal&#039;s Rotana Group took an ownership stake in LBC and its partner PAC. Bin Talal&#039;s relationship with LBC Chairman Pierre Daher quickly went downhill.
