She joins from NBCUniversal, where she was director and sales liaison, leading international content distribution sales in Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Torres was responsible for content and format sales in Asia and French-speaking territories for Telemundo Internacional and has also held roles at JP Morgan and HSBC Bank.<\/p>\n<p>As VP of Latin America, Torres will report to Sally Habbershaw, executive VP of Americas. She replaces Janel Downing, who has relocated to Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>Habbershaw said, \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Yari to our team and would like to thank Janel for her incredible work in building our business across Latin America for the last five years. Nurturing strong client relationships is key to successful content distribution, so Yari\u2019s wealth of expertise in this area will ensure that our current and future clients in the region are in very safe hands. We have had great success with our premium scripted sales and will look to build opportunities for our premium factual slate and formats. Yari will be instrumental in ensuring these shows reach their maximum potential throughout Latin America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Torres added, \u201cAll3Media International has a fantastic reputation for representing high-quality, multi-genre content from some of the world\u2019s leading producers, and I\u2019m looking forward to working with my clients to bring these titles to their viewers.
