ViX+ is slated to launch in the second half of this year.<\/p>\n<p>TelevisaUnivision will hold worldwide streaming distribution rights for all ten films produced under the deal, and MarVista will oversee global distribution outside of streaming and second windows for all platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Szew, CEO at MarVista Entertainment, said: \u201cIt is an incredible honor to be a founding creative production partner of TelevisaUnivision on the launch of ViX+.
