ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS) has entered into an exclusive deal with writer and director Juan Jos\u00e9 Campanella.<\/p>\n

The new agreement comes on the heels of the studio’s first-look deal with Campanella’s production company, 100 Bares Productions. Under the pact, The Envoys<\/em> (Los Enviados<\/em>), directed by Campanella, was produced and will premiere later this year on Paramount+ in Latin America.<\/p>\n

Season two of Los Enviados<\/em> is currently in development under Campanella’s direction.<\/p>\n

“We are thrilled to have such an amazing and talented writer and director like Juan Jos\u00e9 Campanella on board to write, produce, direct and provide consulting services for our studio under this agreement,” said JC Acosta, president of ViacomCBS International Studios and Networks Americas. “Campanella’s vision, passion and talent for innovative storytelling are unparalleled, and we are honored and excited to be working with him in this new capacity.”<\/p>\n
