Randall most recently spearheaded and executed the digital and operational transformation of Discovery Inc.\u2019s MotorTrend Group portfolio, helping to transform the legacy brand into an SVOD service. Prior to this, she served as director of corporate strategy and innovation at WarnerMedia.<\/p>\n<p>Alan J. Sokol, president &amp; CEO of Hemisphere, said: \u201cElizabeth is a transformational leader with a history of leading the innovation and evolution of media organizations in different capacities. Her experience in cross-channel strategy, along with her knowledge of the digital media landscape, dovetail perfectly with our vision and goals for the coming years.
