He will report directly to Mark Lazarus, chairman of NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrari previously served as executive VP of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, overseeing the company\u2019s operations, financial performance, corporate strategy and development for the portfolio of businesses. For the post of chairman of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, he is succeeding Cesar Conde, who was recently named chairman of NBCUniversal News Group.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Ferrari held various senior executive positions with Univision Communications Inc., including executive VP of corporate strategy and development and executive VP of operations. Prior to that, he was co-founder and partner of a private equity investment firm and began his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.<\/p>\n<p>Lazarus said: \u201cBeau is a strong leader with extraordinary business acumen and deep media experience across all media platforms and the Hispanic market. During his three years with the company, he has made a tremendous impact as Telemundo became one of NBCUniversal\u2019s fastest-growing businesses.
